Labrador Rescue

Have you thought about a rescue Labrador? There are always Labrador Retrievers in need of a home with a loving family to show them kindness and compassion. These dogs come from many different situations....from those who were owner turn-ins to those who were rescued from area shelters. If you don't have time for all that raising a puppy entails or just want the heartwarming experience of showing a needy animal how good life can be, consider adopting a rescue.

Remember, foster homes are always needed for Labrador Retrievers until they are placed with a permanent adoptive family. If you are interested in a rescue Labrador Retriever, providing a foster home or doing other volunteer work, please call the GALRC, Inc. hotline at 770-745-6256. Leave a message and a club member will return your call.

You can also contact the Golden Retriever Rescue of Atlanta. They primarily rescue Goldens, but use remaining available foster space for Labs that come out of shelters.
